Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
South Florida Addiction Medical offers all FDA approved medication therapies including Sublocade, Vivitrol, Suboxone, Buprenorphine, Naltrexone, and Campral. Also, we work with local pharmacies to improve barriers to care and provide you with your medication in a non- discriminatory environment. We understand that long term sobriety is best achieved when MAT management is incorporated with behavioral therapy, which is why we provide a referral service for affordable psychologists and licensed mental health counselors.
Psychiatry and Behavioral Health
A significant portion of individuals suffering with substance use disorders have underlying mental health disorders that require treatment. Our providers are experienced in initial diagnosis and medication management.

Primary Medical Care
In many patients suffering with substance use disorders general primary care is often overlooked. That’s why South Florida Addiction Medical offers management of chronic medical conditions like Hypertension and Diabetes, vaccinations, general primary care and routine screenings/physicals, diagnosis and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, HIV and Hepatitis C.
Telehealth Services
We offer both in-person and telehealth visits to better suit your needs. Additionally, South Florida Addiction Medical’s telehealth services are available through a video link that allows us to see patients from virtually anywhere. Telehealth services are a convenient and safe way for patients to obtain care without the hassle of going to an office.
Outpatient Withdrawal Treatment
Some individuals with alcohol, sedative or opiate use disorders may be safely detoxed in an outpatient environment. South Florida Addiction Medical can develop an individualized safe and effective withdrawal taper. However, in some situations this is not advisable and we can recommend an affordable detox as an alternative.
